Since joining Norris & Stevens, Scott has specialized in Industrial/Flex Leasing and Sales throughout the Portland area, with a special focus on core areas including SW Portland, Beaverton, Tualatin/Sherwood, Wilsonville, and Hillsboro. Over his career, Scott has represented notable tenants working with many portfolio owners with over 11 distribution and storage buildings throughout the Portland area. A veteran, he is proud to have served in the US Army Active Duty for eleven years.
Scott has experience working with a variety of landlords with spaces ranging from 2,000 S.F. office/flex to 250,000 S.F. buildings. In 2008, he represented both Buyer and Seller in the sale of the 209,000 S.F. Tigard Central Industrial Park in Tigard, Oregon to Transpacific LLC.
Other notable lease transactions include Apex Plastics' 46,500 S.F. at Tigard Central Industrial Park, and Leopold and Stevens' 25,000 S.F. at Fry Distribution Center. He also brought the occupancy rate of the Parkrose Business Center, a 212,000 S.F. industrial building, from 63% to 97% in less than 18 months.
Scott executed over 100 lease transactions during 2007/2008.
