Tracey specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the SW Portland submarket. While this niche is her specialty, she is very active in representing clients covering the Portland and SW Washington areas.
For Tenants, Tracey prides herself in helping her clients find the spaces they both need and require. She is very active in the negotiation process and her hands-on approach ensures that her tenants get the best deal possible from transaction start to transaction finish. From her extensive property database, she is able to perfectly match a tenant to the ideal location.
In addition to Tenant representation, Tracey also leases retail space for many Portland and SW Washington Landlords. The properties she represents are diverse in their size and Tenant mixes. Ranging from large anchored shopping centers to smaller strip malls, she is attentive to all her properties and their owner’s needs.
Before joining Norris & Stevens as an Associate Broker, Tracey held a position at Commercial Realty Advisors.
Her additional experience outside of brokerage includes holding several supervisory positions within the Italian and German branches of the U.S. Military, working for several law firms throughout the State of Oregon, and operating in Washington D.C. as an aid for two U.S. Senators. These positions helped Tracey grow her customer service skills by teaching her ways to provide clients with excellent service and attentiveness.
