Provision Investments Inc. recently completed the $1,650,000 purchase of the Plainsmen Apartments, a 16-unit multi-family property located at 10701 NE 59th Street in Vancouver, Washington.
Constructed in 1968, the Plainsmen Apartments is an approximately 12,464 square foot multi-family asset consisting entirely of 750 square foot 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units. The community offers plenty of parking, and each unit includes a washer/dryer and extra storage space.
