NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $2.3M SALE OF FREESTANDING INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN PORTLAND, OR
White/Hart Properties, LLC recently completed the $2,300,000 purchase of Rivergate Freestanding Industrial, an approximately 14,655 square foot industrial building located at 5921 N Marine Drive in Portland, Oregon.
The industrial space is situated on 1.18 acres in North Portland in a heavy industrial zone. The concrete tilt building, built in 1979, is equipped with one dock door with a pit leveler, a wet fire suppression system, two grade level doors, and a fenced/paved yard area.
