2751 Wynooski Street, LLC recently completed the $2,600,000 purchase of an approximately 31,265 square foot industrial building located at 2751 NE Wynooski Street in Newberg, Oregon.
The former Oregon Mattress manufacturing building is situated on approximately 1.69 acres of land. The Buyer plans on occupying the property for their business, Southtown Glass.
