Birman Holdings, Inc. recently completed the $3,200,000 purchase of an industrial building located at 7205 SE Johnson Creek Blvd in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1981, the approximately 15,000 square foot industrial building is situated on 0.59 acres and comes equipped with two grade-level doors and signage on SE Johnson Creek Blvd. Conveniently located in the Southgate neighborhood, the warehouse offers outstanding access to I-205 and SE 82nd Avenue.
