Adult & Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest, an Oregon nonprofit corporation, recently completed the $3,460,000 purchase of the Clackamas Community Federal Credit Union Headquarters, located at 18600 SE McLoughlin Blvd in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Constructed in 1966, the approximately 18,400 square foot building is situated on 1.25 acres of land. The two story building is equipped with an elevator, T1 and CAT5 cable, and 83 surface parking spaces. With excellent visibility on McLoughlin Blvd (Hwy 99E), the office building is conveniently located within close proximity to major transportation arterials, such as Hwy 43 and I-205.
Adult & Teen Challenge focuses on a religious-centered model of alcohol and drug recovery. The nonprofit has over 220 recovery centers in the United States. The property purchased by the company will be used as a medical and mental health services facility.
