Welcome to Pine Crest, where you will appreciate our modern amenities and peaceful location. We offer 2 bedroom apartment homes and 3 bedroom townhomes conveniently located close to schools, Linfield College, and all that downtown McMinnville has to offer. Each unit has been upgraded with insulation and new windows to save you money on utility bills. All homes are equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, range/oven, refrigerator, and patio areas or balconies. Our community has a fenced garden area where you can soak up the sun, or relax in the shade from the many gorgeous trees.
