Welcome to The Milwaukian, where our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes are spacious and affordable. Some of our incredible features include a patio or deck so you can enjoy the outdoors, wood vinyl flooring (in some units), and ceiling fans for air circulation. When it’s time to do laundry, we offer onsite facilities for your convenience. Our community is pet friendly, so your furry dog and cat family members are welcome (some restrictions apply).

Our location can’t be beat! Historic downtown Milwaukie is just a 10 minute walk, and offers many unique shops and restaurants, as well as the Milwaukie Station Food Cart Pod and Milwaukie Bay Park.  Also within walking distance is the MAX Orange Line, making commutes to downtown Portland a snap! A block north of The Milwaukian gives you access to the #29 TriMet line, and 2 blocks south will give you access to the #32 TriMet line.
