Charlie joined Norris & Stevens in 2013 after a distinguished career of 23 years with CBRE, Inc. He brings broad-based experience in sales and leasing as an office specialist. With past Asset Services responsibilities as well, Charlie has served clients as a Real Estate Manager.

Through a 28-year record of exceptional client support, Charlie’s successful consultative and negotiating skills have provided property owners and tenants with the widest range of brokerage and management services. During his tenure he has represented over 500 tenant firms and 250 property owners in transactions totaling over 8,250,000 square feet, with a total volume of over $365 million.
