Marshall utilizes his extensive experience in commercial property management and facility management to benefit the clients of Norris & Stevens. His team approach focuses on deeply understanding and achieving the investment and facilities goals for his clients.

Marshall began his commercial real estate career in 1986 and has managed office, retail, industrial, and corporate portfolios. Prior to joining Norris & Stevens, Marshall provided commercial property management services for high net worth individuals and institutional investors, including Principal Financial Group and Kemper Corporation. For these clients he has increased the value of their portfolios by $20 million.

He has led teams which provided national corporate facilities management services, including Cigna’s 6 million square feet, Bank of America’s 32 million square feet in the eastern United States, and Family Dollar Stores’ 55 million square feet. Facilities savings of $5 – $10 million annually were achieved for these clients and employers.

Throughout his career, Marshall has lead teams that have leased, sold, and purchased over 10 million square feet, and closed between 300 and 1,000 transactions annually. Marshall earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
