A lifelong Oregon resident, Raymond has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Raymond joined the Norris & Stevens team in 2011 and has been a consistent top producer, winning the Pinnacle Award for the firm’s top broker in 2013 and 2016.

Raymond began his career at CBRE Inc., where he was instrumental in the formation of the Investment Brokerage team for the Portland office. His expertise in understanding capital markets and translating this knowledge into results for local investors has led to his involvement in the sale of over 9 million square feet of investment property with a total consideration in excess of $1 billion.
