NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $756K GROUND LEASE IN HILLSBORO, OR

Big River Coffee LLC recently completed a ground lease for approximately 20,473 square feet of land, located at 2835 SE 70th Avenue in Hillsboro, Oregon. The value of the lease totaled over $750,000.

The tenant plans on building a drive-thru café/coffee shop on the 0.47 acres of leased land. Big River Coffee is based in Santa Rosa, California, and their first location in the Pacific Northwest will be in Hillsboro, Oregon. The drive-thru coffee shop will be located off of SE Tualatin Valley Highway in the Reedville neighborhood of Hillsboro.
