NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $12.8M SALE OF FOREST HEIGHTS APARTMENTS IN OREGON CITY, OR

ODA Forest Heights, LLC recently completed the $12,800,000 purchase of Forest Heights Apartments, a 73-unit, multi-family complex located at 750 Cascade Street, Oregon City, Oregon in Clackamas County.

The 84,360 square foot apartment complex is situated on approximately 5 acres of hilltop property looking over a forested wildlife reserve. Forest Heights consists of a diverse mix of floor plans, including 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units at 816 square feet, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units at 1,006 square feet, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units at 1,080 square feet, and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom units at 1,231 square feet.
