NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $6.68M SALE OF PARK FIESTA APARTMENTS IN PORTLAND, OR

SW Multnomah Properties, LLC recently completed the $6,676,324 purchase of Park Fiesta Apartments, a 46-unit, approximately 33,180 square foot multi-family complex located at 2121 SW Multnomah Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1968, the 2-story apartment complex is situated on approximately 1.11 acres of land in the Multnomah district of Portland. Park Fiesta Apartments offers a unit mix of 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units at approximately 590 square feet, and 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units at approximately 790 square feet. The property is equipped with an on-site laundry facility, pool, and courtyard.
