Schulte, Anderson, Downes, Aronson & Bittner, PC recently renewed an 8,568 square foot lease at 811 @ The Waterfront, located at 811 SW Naito Parkway, Suite 500 in Portland, Oregon. Total lease value over the long term contract will be worth more than $1.1M.
The 811 @ The Waterfront building is ideally located in downtown Portland with incredible views of the Willamette River and Mount Hood. The building features an executive fitness center with showers, as well as a parking garage and plenty of surface parking. It is just a few blocks from the TriMet Max lines and directly across from Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
