NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $4.7M SALE OF SHOPPING CENTER IN TIGARD, OREGON
OPI Aloha LLC & RYL Court, LLC recently completed the $4,706,000 purchase of Barrows Plaza located at 14200 & 14250 SW Barrows Road in Tigard, Oregon.
Constructed in 1998, the approximately 7,999 square foot shopping center is situated on approximately 1.12 acres (48,787 SF) of land. The one story facility is located in a walkable neighborhood, with close proximity to residential neighborhoods and local commuter rails. The center has a history of long-term tenancy, with over 50% of the space occupied by the same tenants since 1998/1999.
