NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.9M LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE IN PORTLAND, OREGON
US Army Corps of Engineers/GSA recently completed the $1,947,880 lease of Suites L and M, totaling approximately 8,854 square feet of the Ambassador Business Center, located at 7515 NE Ambassador Place in Portland, Oregon.
Constructed in 1990, the property consists of a total of 23,551 square feet of rentable space. The property is well situated within walking distance of a TriMet MAX station and many restaurants and retail spaces. The location also offers easy access to Portland International Airport and major transportation arterials, such as I-84, I-205, and 1-5.
