Mayahuel Management LLC recently completed the $1,500,000 purchase of the Coplen Building, located at 1200-1208 NW Glisan Street in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1926, the building is equipped with a basement, a mezzanine, restaurant space, and ground floor retail.
