Bancroft Apartments LLC recently completed the $1,575,000 purchase of the Bancroft Apartments, located at 21-47 SW Bancroft Street in Portland, Oregon.
Constructed in 1906, 1965, and 1995 in three phases, the approximately 5,200 square foot multi-family property is made up of two single family homes and four large townhome units. The townhome units are two bedrooms with one and a half baths, and are approximately 867 square feet.
