NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS 4,151 SQ. FT., $1.1M RETAIL LEASE IN WILSONVILLE, OREGON
Ramirez & Gonzales, doing business as Los Dos Agaves, recently completed the $1,111,239 lease of suite 200 at Village at Main Street – Building 13, located at 8309 SW Main St in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Constructed in 1999, Village at Main Street is a 74,878 square foot shopping center composed of thirteen buildings situated on two parcels. At 4,151 square feet, suite 200 will serve as the second location for the popular Mexican restaurant Los Dos Agaves, who are based in Canby. The shopping center is conveniently located in the heart of Wilsonville, just off of I-5 and north of the Willamette River.
