SCOTT D. FINNEY APPOINTED PORTLAND, OREGON CHAPTER PRESIDENT OF SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®
December 7th 2023 Portland, Oregon—Scott D. Finney, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Industrial Properties with Norris & Stevens, Inc. (N&S) was recently elected as the President of the Portland, Oregon chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). Serving a two-year term, Mr. Finney will oversee and represent the interests of the chapter and its members to the Board of Directors. The induction ceremony took place on December 7th, 2023 during the chapter’s Winter Holiday Dinner at the recently-opened 5-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel in downtown Portland. In the spirit of the season, Santa (played by the newly appointed president) made an appearance.
Scott Finney has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience—specializing in the leasing and sales of incubator and medium-sized Industrial buildings in the Portland metro market. As Senior Vice President, as well as a shareholder of N&S, Scott also contributes in decisions concerning the direction of the company, as well as acting as a mentor for new brokers and his peers. He has been recognized many times by N&S and his fellow brokers, both as a top producer, and as a broker with a positive attitude in the Portland Metro Area.
Scott has been an SIOR member since 2013, and has served SIOR in various leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of the Portland Oregon SIOR chapter.
