HARRISON INDUSTRIES TO COMPLETE NEW 135 UNIT MULTI-FAMILY COMPLEX IN PRINEVILLE, OREGON
Harrison Industries, a multi-family builder based in the northwest, recently began construction on Wild Horse Mesa Apartments, a 135 unit apartment community located in north Prineville, Oregon.
The 10 residential buildings will feature a unit mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans with a club room, pool, and two recreational areas for its future residents. Its entry will have stone and water features. Situated on an approximately 6.2 acre property, Wild Horse Mesa will be the largest and most significant apartment project in Prineville. It is scheduled to be delivered in the fall of 2020 with pre-leasing beginning in July 2020.
Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc.has been selected to handle all property management and leasing for the new complex.
