Bill Naito Company recently completed the $10,250,000 purchase of an approximately 42,078 square foot office building at 501 SE Columbia Shores Boulevard in Vancouver, Washington.
The building is situated on approximately 4 acres of land east of I-5 and within three blocks of the Columbia River. The property is currently 100% occupied with 4 tenants. The major tenants are Franz Bakery and Waste Connections.
