NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $4.3M SALE OF BRAEMONT TERRACE APARTMENTS IN BEAVERTON, OREGON
Russell Hosner, LLC recently completed the $4,300,000 ($134,375 per unit) purchase of Braemont Terrace Apartments, a 32 unit, multifamily complex located at 5870 SW Murray Boulevard in Beaverton, Oregon.
Constructed in 1969, Braemont Terrace consists of three buildings on a single tax lot with one, two and three bedroom layouts. The property is located approximately one mile from downtown Beaverton and two miles from Nike World Headquarters.
