NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.6M SALE OF OFFICE BUILDING IN SOUTHEAST PORTLAND, OREGON

Double Honey, LLC recently completed the $1,600,000 purchase of an approximately 5,156 square foot two story creative office building at 523 SE 9th Avenue.  This is located in the high demand area of Central Eastside District in Portland, Oregon.  The buyer is going to occupy the building for their creative business.

Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, KSG Investments Group LLC, in the transaction.

Norris & Stevens, Inc., is one of the largest locally-owned, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms in Oregon and SW Washington.
