North Lancaster, located in northeast Salem, nestled along Interstate 5 is a small suburb home to good public schools, neighborhood parks, and abundant amenities. This walkable, bike-friendly district is just four miles from downtown Salem, where you’ll find local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, department stores, and specialty shops. Portland is located approximately 45 miles north via I-5. A quarter mile east of Beverly Plaza is the #11 Cherriot bus line, running between South Lancaster and Keizer.
